- Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping across India, ensuring that your chosen pieces reach you without additional charges.

- Shipping Time: Orders are meticulously prepared and shipped within 10 business days, reflecting our commitment to quality and care.
Half Full Curve
- Domestic Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping across India, as we aim to make our exclusive pieces accessible to all our customers.
- International Shipping: For international shipping inquiries, please reach out to us at +91 96198 10676. Our team is dedicated to facilitating smooth international deliveries.
- Shipping Time: Given the bespoke nature of our products, orders are shipped within 6 to 8 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we craft your orders with utmost care.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We uphold the highest quality standards and take great pride in our delivery process. However, should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a considerate exchange policy:
Half Full Art
- Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are available for garments within 3 days of delivery, provided the original packaging and tags are intact, and the product remains unused and unwashed. You can exchange it for size, design or a credit note which can be redeemed in the future.
- Non-eligible Items: Scarfs & Pocket squares are final sale unless a quality/manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery. Please document the defect for a valid exchange claim.
- Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale or at discounted pricing are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Custom and Bulk Orders: Custom-sized or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange, as these are crafted to specific
requirements. - International Orders: Due to the complexities of international logistics, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
- Exchange Limit: Please note, all orders can be exchanged only once to ensure fairness and efficiency in our process.
Process for Returns and Exchange for Half Full Art
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Half Full Art
- Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt of product.
- Provide detailed information about the issue and, if applicable, photographic evidence of any defects.
- The product must be shipped back in its original packaging or in a secure appropriate packaging with all original tags, labels and accessories. Please use the return label provided in the packaging.
- Parcels/products damaged in the shipping process do not qualify for an exchange/return/refund.
- Once the garment is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in the return policy. This inspection determines if an exchange or credit note will be issued.
- Return products must reach us within 7 days of delivery.
- Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Please refer to our gift card policy to know more details on how to redeem the credit note.
Half Full Curve
Our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction extends to Half Full Curve, where we strive to ensure your purchases meet and exceed expectations. We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order with pictures at customercare@halffullstore.com and we will take care of the rest.
Please note we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for Half Full Curve products.
