1. Order Policy
- Orders once confirmed by the customer, through payment or confirmation in any form, cannot be cancelled or amended. We urge you to review your order carefully before confirming.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion.
2. Returns and Exchange Policy
- Products purchased during sale periods or under any discounts are not eligible for return or exchange to ensure fairness to all our customers.
- Products purchased prior to a sale period cannot be exchanged or returned during that sale period.
- Products bought online must be returned or exchanged online and cannot be processed in our physical stores. Similarly, products bought in stores cannot be returned or exchanged online.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges are entertained for custom-made or personalized items unless defective.
- Returns & exchange applicable only for Half Full Art.

3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not issued if the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Refunds are not issued for orders with three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or if the package is refused at the time of delivery.
- No refunds are provided for international shipments where the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the country of shipment and does not collect the order from the shipping agency.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery is received in good condition and has not been tampered with. Please inspect the package at the time of delivery.
- In the case of receiving a damaged package, retain the original packaging (including price tags, invoices, labels, etc.) and write “Received Damaged” on the delivery receipt. Please contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
5. International Shipments
- International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their respective countries. Refusal to pay duties and taxes may result in the forfeiture of the order and no refund will be issued.
6. Sale and Promotions
- The terms and conditions for sales and promotional periods may vary. Please refer to the specific Sale Terms & Conditions made available during such periods.
